Recommended attire
Friday morning + afternoon:
Dress comfortably in athletic wear (closed toed shoes) for zip lines and capoiera
Friday evening:
Dress ready to go to the Tree Room. Dress code is officially business casual, but it won’t be a problem thing to err towards the casual side of business casual.

Punctuality, Directions & Babysitting!
Please be on time as we move from event to event! As long as you stay with the group, you won’t have to worry about any logistics.
If for any reason you get separated, please text or email Melissa and Trent.
We’ve partnered w/Momni to have baby sitters available for nursing babies during the zipline, capoeira and the Tree Room on Friday and during Kundalini on Saturday. We’ll follow up individually with all those that have let us know they have nursing babies.
Vulnerability/Confidentiality
Convoi is a place where you can let your guard down. We carefully curate our invite list to make sure that everyone in attendance are some of our favorite people around. Everyone in attendance will be peers and people that can be trusted. Assume that you’ll hear some things that people don’t normally share, and make sure you treat that info with care!
Convoi isn’t a place where you need to put on a facade like everything is great in your life. We celebrate the good things together, and listen to the difficult things. We share advice and experiences.
We’ve created a range of experiences that will push you out of your comfort zone with the people around you, and help you connect more quickly!
